The down payment for gathering information and identifying resources.
Upon approval of the training plan presented, the second payment will be due.
Upon delivery of the training module protype, the third payment is due.
Upon delivery of the final training modules and materials, the final payment is due.
Details for each phase are outlined in the project description. Payment is due at the beginning of each phase. The actual timeline and project scope will be provided in Phase 2 with the project charter and design plan. Approximately three months after phase 4 is completed we will follow up to evaluate the effectiveness of the training by administering a survey. The survey will be sent to the new sales associates and pre-selected stakeholders identified in the training plan.
