A Visual Journey Through The Phase Process

    What I Need From You

What I Need From the Client Before Starting

    • Organization name, industry, and team size affected by the change
    • Description of the change initiative (what AI tools or workflows are being introduced)
    • Current stage of the change — planning, early rollout, or mid-transition
    • Known resistance points or concerns from staff or leadership
    • Existing communication channels used with teams (email, Slack, intranet, etc.)
    • Any current change management frameworks or materials already in use
    • Key stakeholders and decision makers involved in the transition
    • Brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts) if branded deliverables are needed
    • Preferred file format for final deliverables
    • Hard deadline or preferred completion date

    Project Steps

    Step 1 — Discovery & Intake

Client completes intake form covering the nature of the change initiative, current leadership structure, (AI) tools being introduced, and key resistance points or concerns already identified. We align on scope, deliverables, and success metrics.

Step 2 — Change Strategy & Framework Map

I develop a phased change management outline — covering awareness, onboarding, adoption, and sustainment — for your review and approval before any development begins.

    Step 3 — Development

I build all agreed deliverables — onboarding frameworks, communication templates, workflow blueprints, and resistance management tools — tailored to your organization's culture, leadership style, and change timeline.

    Step 4 — Review & Revisions

Client reviews all system components. Revisions are completed within the agreed rounds included in your selected package tier.

    Step 5 — Final Delivery

Final system delivered in your preferred format — PDF, editable Word/PowerPoint, Google Drive folder, or Notion workspace — ready to deploy with your leadership team immediately.
